Procedures for Approval of (Flyers) Non-School Literature: Flyers from non-school organizations must follow these procedures. Other flyers that are sent home to students must have principal approval; if they involve PTO business, they must have PTO approval, as well.

PTO Bylaws: These are the rules that govern the SOE Parent Teacher Organization.

Forms

Criminal History Authorization: FBISD Volunteer background checks.  All volunteers are required by FBISD to complete an online criminal history background check each year.  Please note that all volunteer applications from the 2009-2010 school year were made inactive on June 30, 2010.  Volunteers and parents who wish to volunteer for the 2010-2011 school year will need to update their application beginning July 1, 2010.

Payment Request: Use this form to request payment from the PTO. For reimbursement, you must have receipts. Tax cannot be reimbursed.

Request for Food Sales or Service: If you're having an event where you'll use FBISD's catering services or other catering services, this is the approval form you need.
